2. Service Description

PropScore is an AI-powered property investment analysis platform designed for the Australian real estate market. The Service uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini AI) to research market data, demographics, and growth trends to provide property analysis reports, multi-factor scoring, and ROI forecasting for investment properties.

The Service is intended to assist users in evaluating potential investment properties by aggregating and analysing publicly available information and generating insights based on AI models.

3. Financial Disclaimer

You should not rely solely on PropScore's analysis when making property investment decisions. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified financial adviser, property professional, accountant, or legal adviser before making any investment decisions.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access additional features such as saving reports and higher usage limits, you must sign in via Replit authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

PropScore offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free users receive a limited number of property analysis reports per month. Paid plans provide increased report limits and may include additional features.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each plan includes a specified number of property analysis reports per monthly billing cycle. Automated, scripted, or bulk usage of the Service beyond normal individual use is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the property of PropScore and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. Analysis reports generated by the Service may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropScore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
